Chelsea host West Ham United at the Stamford Bridge in the final game on Matchday 33 of the Premier League on Sunday. Antonio Conte’s side suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of David Moyes’ side in the reverse fixture, and now will be looking to avenge it.
A win would allow Chelsea to keep the pressure on rivals Tottenham Hotspur for the Champions League spot.
Thibaut Courtois, who missed the previous match against the Spurs is set to return and take his place in goal. Willy Caballero will drop out.
In a 3 man defence will be the preferred trio of vice-captain Cesar Azpilicueta, Danish star Andreas Christensen and new recruit from Roma, Antonio Rudiger. Chelsea will be hoping to keep a clean sheet against their London rivals.
At right wing back is expected to be the first choice Nigerian that is Victor Moses. At left wing back will be the Spanish star, Marcos Alonso. Stepping up to their usual work are expected to be N’Golo Kante and Cesc Fabregas pairing up in the centre. It will, as usual, be a 4 man midfield for Conte’s side.
A three-man attack is expected to be deployed by Conte. Brazilian star Willian Borges, who is in red-hot form will be the right winger for the Blues.
Eden Hazard will take his place as the left winger for the West Londoners. Alvaro Morata will play as the striker. He scored his first goal in the league since Boxing Day against Tottenham.
