It has almost been a month now since the Premier League transfer window closed but Liverpool have been active all through August. With other clubs from Europe being able to buy players from Premier League there have been plenty eyes on the Liverpool squad.

As the transfer deadline is just a few hours away the Liverpool duo of Divak Origi and Lazar Markovic are on the verge of leaving Anfield for a season-long loan.

Jurgen Klopp has been vocal that he is keen to trim the current Liverpool squad which would probably see the likes of Origi, Solanke, Ojo, Markovic moving away from the club this season.

Among all these names Origi’s departure looks to be more eminent as the striker has received a lot of attention from many clubs across Europe. With Borussia Dortmund being the latest club that approached Liverpool for the move of the Belgian International.

The Bundesliga side were not keen to meet the price of £27million which was put forth by the Merseyside team. Dortmund were more interested in a season-long loan.

Having not being named in the squad for the first three opening games of Liverpool the move of Origi looks more and more prominent. But if this move doesn’t take place there will plenty of questions on Jurgen Klopp who previously refused the move of Dominic Solanke who was on the priority of Steven Gerard’s Rangers.

Lazar Markovic who was loaned to the Belgian side Anderlecht last season will probably make his trip to Anderlecht again this season. Another Belgian side Standard Liege are also keen on the move of the Serbian International.
